OctobusAccp — analysis documents

Reverse-engineering writeups for the ACCP (ND-324716 / PCB 5616) 68000 firmware in ../eprom/octo.bin.

This folder is currently empty of analysis. The existing RE pass lives at:

E:\Dev\Ronny\NDInsight\SINTRAN\ND5000\ACCP-COMPLETE-REFERENCE.md

It was left in SINTRAN\ND5000\ because that folder holds the rest of the octobus / ND-5000 analysis and follows a flat, date-stamped naming convention. Move it here only if the intent is for all ACCP material to be self-contained under OctobusAccp\.

Naming convention to follow, matching Installation\Communication\Ethernet\x\stripped\docs\: descriptive name, date-stamped, e.g. ACCP-COMMAND-LIBRARY-DECODE-YYYY-MM-DD.md.
