04 — S3 Configuration (System Generation)

Status: SCAFFOLD.

Verified: the golden disk contains S3-CONFIGURATION:PROG and S3-CONFIGURATION:CNFG (BIGDISK0-K.txt). S3 is the SINTRAN III configuration/system-generation tool.
