COSMOS-RE Planning and Coordination¶
Process documents for the COSMOS-RE work: inter-session coordination, correction briefs, and the capture-validation plan. Process - not findings (findings live in ../Analysis/).
The RE was produced by two parallel sessions (conn-to/fa-serv and file-tra/xftra); several of these documents are messages passed between them.

| README-CAPTURE-VALIDATION.md | The validation plan - 7 capture scenarios (S1-S7) mapping each [INF]/[CANDIDATE]/[UNKNOWN] claim to the capture or debugger trace that would confirm it. Nothing in the corpus is wire-verified yet. |
| REVIEW-CORRECTIONS-BRIEF.md | The methodology brief ("decode the byte, don't infer it") that drove the corrections pass across both sessions' deliverables |
| REPLY-TO-FILE-TRA-XFTRA-SESSION.md | Inter-session reply: the FA op catalog, the data-driven finding, and the bit-7 typed-param rule |
| FOLDER-REORG-NOTICE.md | The notice that established the COSMOS-RE folder layout (deliverables were previously scattered directly in SINTRAN/XMSG/DOC/) |
