Description¶
Retrieves a message from the SIBAS database system (server side of the SIBAS inter-process communication via RT-common). Internal-use call (manual section 2.14). Contract is RE-derived from the labelled handler bodies.

- Internal-use monitor call (manual section 2.14); not intended for user programs.
- Handlers MAPSIB / MSIBB at RP-P2-MONCALLS.NPL:1745 / :1822 - SIBAS client and server entries. VERIFIED (labelled handler bodies read).
- Caller signature (CALLG/register contents) is not confirmed from the available source.
